First up is Sarah’s old travel bike. I’ve already described it elsewhere, but here are the vitals again:
70/73 head and seat angles, 23″ effective toptube, 400mm seat tube, 425-445mm chainstays (Paragon sliders), 27.2 post, S&S couplers!
Parts list: 80mm Reba SL, Elixir 5 brakes, Thomson post, LX cranks, XT front derailleur, X7 rear derailleur, X7 gripshifters, Cane Creek sealed bearing headset (not sure of the model?). Wheels shown are pretty lame XT rear/Generic front but I also have a DT 240/Crest set available for this bike if you want something nicer. All older stuff but in great functional shape.
$800 takes it, complete, including a new powdercoat in your color of choice.
Next up, Sarah’s old gravel bike. Yes, from back before “gravel” bikes (or disc brakes, or 10 speed!) were a thing.
Here’s the geometry:
-71.5/73 head/seat angles
-53cm effective toptube
-35c tire clearance.
-1 1/8 steerer custom WW lugged fork (!) with clearance for about a 35c tire.
-Canti/v-brake mounts (sorry, no disc)
Parts shown are all included if you want them:
-9 speed Ultegra brifters and derailleurs (all work great)
-Unknown 42cm carbon ergo handlebar, generic stem
-Crank Bros headset (still working!)
-105 cranks (170mm) with 34/50t rings, in good shape. Ultegra BB
$700 takes it. Need wheels? I have a set of Stan’s Alpha 340s you can have for an extra $200.
